“I would like to thank you for the wonderful tutelage Danielle had received from you since her first Manga class in 2014 till she needed to prepare her portfolio to try for an entrance to SOTA in 2016. Under your warm, nurturing ad supportive teaching, Danielle has matured alot and is more confident to take risks and go outside her own style of drawing. Danielle has done amazing work under your guidance. She could not have gotten this far without you. She is so blessed to have you as her art teacher. Thank you very much, Teacher Serene! “

~ Sue, Mother of Danielle who is currently in SOTA

“When I was first told I would be learning under Justin and saw his work (very different from where I am headed) I was a tad bit skeptical. Just meeting him was first and foremost a breath of fresh air. Very outspoken, straightforward and of course incredibly talented (regardless of our difference). I showed him my work, told him where I felt I needed polishing, and he listened carefully. He conducted our two classes with ease, keeping it fun throughout (I had 3 hours in one go). At the end I made an illustration that I was just so incredibly proud of. It was a very loosely drawn/painted piece, something I was never confident to do on my own. But he stood beside me, added some strokes of his own all the while encouraging me, and now it’s come to become my favoritest most treasured creation. And has given me the confidence to venture down the avenue I always wanted to experiment with.
In terms of learning, he taught me invaluable things. Things which are noticeably very tiny, yet make a world of a difference. How to hold the pencil, which pencils to use, blending. We spent half an hour each class, doing figure portraits from online references (something again which never occurred to me and had become a key practice in my daily life). And beyond all that, he was just so much fun to carry a conversation with. I had so many questions, doubts, fears and he patiently tended to them all. As a newbie in the world of art, Justin was an amazing mentor and I am glad I got to work with him. “

~ Fatema, Meyer Road

“My sewing class is great!… About Pauline, she is a really friendly and patient teacher with a great talent and passion to her job! I feel very comfortable when I join her class. Besides that, be honest, I respect her for many things she did for me! “

~ Mango, Rivervale Link

“We found Ziyi through SgArtClass.com, a petite gentle soft spoken lady who taught my 2 young adults children and myself for about 8 weeks. We are actually beginners… We have no knowledge about using acrylic paints, but under her guidance and patience we paint well. We fall in love with painting. We like her and hope we can engage her again for our next level of painting.”

~ Veronica, Westwood Ave

“Rachel is very knowleageble and helpful. She is very quick to understand what I would like to learn and has helped me specifically on how to improve my techniques and bring out the ideas that I have in mind.
She gives a lot of options on the kinds of tools and products to use for my art projects.”

~ Justin, Rivervale Street

“Serene is a patient and creative teacher who has made my children love doing art. She exposes them to different art mediums and they have transferred that learning to their school projects. She tailors her instructions to my three children aged 5, 9, and 11. It is nice to see the children exercising their creativity through the different pieces of art they produced”

~ Jacinta Tan, Mother of Jolenta & Aunt of Bernadette and Immanuel, Pasir Ris

“Clare is a professional artist who is very encouraging and supportive of her students. My son learnt quite a few techniques such as charcoal, shading, watercolor, still life drawing etc. Very dependable and sincere.”

~ Junaitha, Upper East Coast Road

“Have had taken couple of drawing teachers. The teachers from SgArtClass.com have been very professional and make the class interesting for my daughter. They respond quickly and try to arrange a teacher within a week. Thanks for all the help Angela and for introducing talent teachers like Joanne to my daughter. “
